Is Tendrite Pro a subscription?
No. Tendrite Pro is a one-time $29 license for Pro workspace capabilities, with 12 months of updates. Tendrite Cloud is a separate $5/month subscription. It includes Pro desktop features while you are subscribed, plus managed phone relay.
Can I get Pro without buying the license?
Yes. Subscribe to Tendrite Cloud at $5/month. While the subscription is active you get Pro desktop features and the managed phone relay. Sign in from Tendrite under Settings → Account & Cloud. Checkout is account-bound. No prior Pro license is required.
What if I buy Pro after Cloud?
The app asks whether to keep Cloud Relay at $3/month or cancel Cloud at the end of the current period. Cloud is not cancelled automatically.
Can I use the phone companion without Tendrite Cloud?
Yes. A Pro license supports private connectivity through Tailscale or a relay you operate yourself. The Pro license does not include managed Cloud Relay.
Can I verify my license offline?
Yes. Tendrite verifies the signed license locally after activation. Initial activation and later refreshes need an internet connection.
What does the Cloud beta include?
Early testers can try the account-backed entitlement, device inventory, and managed relay flow while it is being hardened. The $5/month Cloud offer is available now.
